Strictly no smoking in the houses
No pets allowed
No additional guests (Maximum: 2 guests per bedroom)
Wood, firelighters and matches/lighter, unless specified, are not provided, please bring your own.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Covid-related Cancellation Policy:  Should a guest contract Covid-19 within 14 days of the accommodation booking dates, a copy of the official test result is required in order to postpone the booking accordingly and without penalty. In the case of force majeure (eg. Provincial borders being closed), the booking will automatically be postponed to another date without penalty. All postponement dates are subject to availability of the original booked unit.

Admin Fee is not refundable for either cancellations or refunds.

Cancellation MUST BE EMAILED to your booking agents email address

A R300 per unit admin fee will be charged for all cancellations. 25% of total cost if cancelled 3 weeks prior to arrival; 50% of total cost 2 weeks prior to arrival. 100% of total cost 7 days prior to arrival.

* House WKF-1023 require a non refundable 50% deposit

Directions

Take either the N12 or N4 East towards Middleburg (N12 becomes the N4). Take Exit 190 off N4 (Carolina, Belfast & Dullstroom). At the bottom of the off-ranp turn left onto the R540 towards Belfast. Continue into Belfast (take care – road works and speed traps). Turn right at the fifth stop street (Garage on the Corner). R540 to Lydenburg & Dullstroom. Continue 30 kms towards Dullstroom. Take the Kruisfontein Rd (T5) right just before you enter the Dullstroom town (you will see the Dullstroom Bird of Prey Rehabilitation Centre on the corner). Continue down the Kruisfontein Rd approx. 14km and the entrance to Highland Gate Estate will be on your right.
