Kindly note that it is not within Highland Rentals’ mandate to secure golf Tee-times, nor golf carts. Contact the Pro-shop before finalising your accommodation, on 087-287-4653.

Due to the nature of our business, our average response time is 24 hours. Booking requests for accommodation within 3 months will be given preference. 


2 Nights – Normal weekend
3 Nights – Long weekend

A 50% deposit is required within 24 hours to secure your booking. Final payment due 2-4 weeks prior to check-in (depending on the group size)

Full payment is required within 24 hours to secure booking if check-in date is within 2 weeks

Covid-related Cancellation Policy:  Should a guest contract Covid-19 within 14 days of the accommodation booking dates, a copy of the official test result is required in order to postpone the booking accordingly and without penalty. In the case of force majeure (eg. Provincial borders being closed), the booking will automatically be postponed to another date without penalty. All postponement dates are subject to availability of the original booked unit.

Admin Fee is not refundable.

Cancellation MUST BE EMAILED to your booking agents email address. A R350 per unit admin fee will be charged for all cancellations. 25% of total cost if cancelled 3 weeks prior to arrival; 50% of total cost 2 weeks prior to arrival. 100% of total cost 7 days prior to arrival.
